Weather conditions If I am taking photographs outside a building I have to check the weather in advance in order to know the equipment won’t be in danger	crew	medium	Make sure we check the weather forecast a day in advance so we know what to expect.
Ensure the equipment (especially the camera) is fully charged and ready to be used effectively	crew	medium	If the equipment doesn't suit our needs then we will need to ask the media department for another working camera.
Ensure the equipment is set up properly and that the tripod is steady and capable of holding the camera.	crew	High	Make sure set up the tripod and camera in a safe position every time we film scenes.
Watching the roads on our way to and from the location while carrying equipment	crew	low	Make sure we keep our eyes on the road and watch out for incoming traffic.
The equipment may be heavy and the person carrying it may have difficulty.	crew	Medium	Make sure that every person carries at least one piece of equipment so that no damage can be done.
